- Only install the mobile application on your own devices.
- Quit the application by tapping the “Secure Logout” button.
- Do not use the application on devices running modified software (i.e. jailbroken or rooted).
- Do not access the application via computers and/or mobile devices using modified network settings and connections (Virtual Private Network-VPN, altered DNS settings, TOR browser, etc.).
- Do not install unlicensed or untrusted applications on your mobile device.
- Do not use easy to guess information, such as date of birth and phone number, as password.
- Do not share your Golden Global Bank password and login information with anyone, or keep them written down.
- Golden Global Bank does not ask about your password or personal information via email or phone under any circumstances. Do not return such email or calls. Ensure that you are using the most up-to-date version of the application.
- Check your account activity and contact a customer representative if you suspect unauthorized activity.
- In the event that you are contacted by persons who claim to be bank personnel informing you about a potential unauthorized access and asking for your personal information or password, end the call immediately without providing any information, and contact a customer representative.
- Uninstall the Golden Global Bank Mobile app when you are switching to a different device.
